Case Study Philips Innovation Center
Philips wants to deliver a seamless offline experience to its visitors in the Eindhoven area. Visitors can be C-suite, clinicians, partners, students, (future) employees etc. The program had different streams and customer experience was one of them. This stream had to deliver a seamless experience across the different Philips locations in the Eindhoven area. Marie Claire was hired to support the customer experience program from activity, planning and budget perspective. The program covers different locations and has a complex stakeholder landscape.
